Returns and Exchanges

At Saavex, we want you to be in love with your purchase. However, if you’re not happy with your purchase, we're here to help. You have 10 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date received. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused and in the exact same condition as when received. Additionally, the product must be returned in its original packaging. Failure to do so will result in a 15% restocking fee in both return or exchange circumstances. All custom orders are final sale.

Returns are only processed once the product has arrived back at our facility in India. Returns will only be processed to the original method of payment. Once processed, please allow 4-5 business days for the credit to appear back to the original method of payment. Shipping fees and duties are non-refundable.

If you’re making an exchange, we’re happy to cover the cost to ship back the corrected product.

If you have received the wrong product, a product is missing from your order, or if your product has arrived damaged, please email info@saavexservices.com with photo documentation of the error or damages within 2 business days of receiving the items. In this instance, you are not responsible for costs associated with return and reshipment. Please note, that without photo documentation, we will not replace or refund products.

Please be advised, that we do our best to accurately represent the colors/tones/hues of our designs in our website images, but there may be slight differences depending on your device display settings and/or the type of lighting in your space. If you are unhappy with what you've received, we're happy to coordinate a return or exchange as per the above policy.

To make a return or exchange, please contact info@saavexservices.com as soon possible. Saavex will then walk you through the steps to do so. We are not responsible for lost return or exchange parcels. When sending anything back to us, please beware of this and select a shipping service accordingly.
