SAAVEX wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we're here to help.

REFUND - ITEM POLICY

* You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
* To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
* The product must be returned unopened in its original packaging.
* Failure to do so will result in a 15% restocking fee.

REFUND - PAYMENT POLICY

* Allow 3 business days for the refund to be processed and an additional 3-4 days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
* Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
* The refund amount will include the cost of the returned item(s). Any shipping costs and duties are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
* Please note that all postage costs must be covered by the customer unless the product is faulty.

If we have sent you the wrong item, please email us at info@saavexservices.com so we can make it right! Unfortunately, we are not responsible for incorrectly placed orders.
